The task of specifying and commissioning these components can be onerous. The Stennett Company has years of experience and a comprehensive database of components, suppliers and shippers to take the burden of specifying and commissioning off of your shoulders.

The components in a construction project not only have a cost attached, they have specific requirements for performance that are dictated by local, state and federal regulations – and by the final client. Whatever these unique requirements may be – energy efficiency, low overall carbon footprint, extreme condition performance, unusual materials, etc. – we will find or have manufactured the proper components for your construction project.

Working directly with the architect and/or the construction contractor, we will itemize, specify and commission each and every component. A total solution delivery schedule will then be developed to ensure that each and every component arrives at the construction site when it is needed – not before, and not after.
